Founded in 2002 and located in New Mexico, Serafina Technical Consulting is under the experienced leadership of Brinda Ramanathan. Ms.Ramanathan is a professional environmental engineer and has a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Missouri.

We believe in doing the job right the first time to avoid expensive post submission revisions.
We are senior level professional engineers, scientists and quality assurance professionals who have served previously as government regulators and permit specialists.

Serafina Technical Consulting and its associates have provided air quality consulting, data entry and quality assurance, air dispersion modeling and traffic and industrial noise abatement services to government and private clients in Arizona, Colorado, Montana, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming, and Washington.
